These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between LUMISCAPE LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Lumiscape,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the person who accesses or uses the Services (“you” or “your”). Our mailing address is 8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, Delaware 19901, USA, and our contact email is sa@heijing.space.
These Terms apply to the Lumiscape mobile game, related websites, applications, game servers, customer support, and other services that we own or operate (collectively, the “Services”). Our Privacy Policy, as made available in the Services and through the applicable app-store listing, explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and delete personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By selecting “Accept,” creating or using a Guest Account or Platform-Linked Account, or otherwise using the Services after being presented with these Terms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR USERS IN THE UNITED STATES: Section 19 contains a binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver. It affects how disputes are resolved. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days as described in Section 19. The arbitration agreement does not apply to users in Canada.
ELIGIBILITY AND AGE
The Services are not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to access or use the Services. Our age-confirmation screen asks users to confirm that they meet this minimum age. If you state that you are under 13, you may not access or use the Services. You may not misrepresent your age or help an underage person access the Services.
If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Services only if your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf to the extent required by applicable law. A parent or legal guardian who permits a minor to use the Services is responsible for supervising that minor’s use of the Services.
If we learn that a user does not meet the applicable minimum age, we may suspend or terminate access and delete associated information as required by law and our Privacy Policy.
This version of the Terms is intended for users in the United States and Canada. You may not use the Services where access or use is prohibited by applicable law.
GUEST ACCOUNTS AND PLATFORM-LINKED ACCOUNTS
The Services may create a guest account for you by default (“Guest Account”). You may later link the Guest Account to an account or sign-in service supported by Apple, Google, or another platform to create a platform-linked account (“Platform-Linked Account”). Guest Accounts and Platform-Linked Accounts are collectively referred to as “Accounts.”
Some recovery, transfer, or cross-device functionality may require a Platform-Linked Account. You are responsible for following the account terms and security requirements of the platform you use to link your Account.
You must provide accurate information when information is requested. You may not sell, rent, transfer, sublicense, share, or give your Account to another person, and you may not access another person’s Account without authorization.
You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your Account and any linked platform credentials. Notify us promptly at sa@heijing.space if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorization.
Lumiscape customer support will never ask you to disclose your password or the password for your Apple, Google, or other platform account. Do not provide passwords to anyone claiming to represent Lumiscape.
LIMITED LICENSE TO USE THE SERVICES
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Lumiscape grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not:
• copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, rent, or commercially exploit the Services or Lumiscape Content; • modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying components of the Services; • bypass, disable, interfere with, or circumvent security, access-control, payment, content-protection, or technical measures; • use bots, scripts, macros, cheats, automation, unauthorized modifications, or other tools that interfere with fair play or normal operation; or • use the Services for any purpose not authorized by these Terms.
LUMISCAPE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and all content provided by Lumiscape, including software, code, gameplay systems, characters, names, stories, dialogue, artwork, animations, music, sounds, maps, designs, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, and other game assets (“Lumiscape Content”), are owned by or licensed to Lumiscape and are protected by United States and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license in Section 3 and the User Content rights in Section 5, these Terms do not transfer to you any ownership or other rights in the Services or Lumiscape Content.
Accounts, Virtual Currency, and Virtual Goods are licensed access rights within the Services and are not personal property, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
USER CONTENT AND PLAYER MIRRORS
“User Content” means content that you create, submit, upload, transmit, or make available through the Services, including messages, guild-chat posts, images, avatars, profile content, names, and player-designed boss skills, equipment, configurations, and other elements used by the player-mirror feature.
As between you and Lumiscape, you retain ownership of the original elements of your User Content to the extent permitted by law. You may share or distribute your own User Content outside the Services without obtaining Lumiscape’s permission, provided that you do not violate another person’s rights or separately extract or redistribute Lumiscape Content. These Terms do not restrict ordinary sharing of your own creations merely because they were created or displayed through the Services.
You grant Lumiscape a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense to service providers acting for us, to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt, translate, transmit, display, communicate, and otherwise use your User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, moderate, improve, and promote the Services. We will not use the contents of Private Messages or Guild Chats in public advertising or marketing without the permission of the relevant user.
The player-mirror feature is designed to allow a player-created mirror, including player-designed boss skills and equipment, to appear and act within other players’ adventures. You authorize Lumiscape to simulate, balance, adapt, combine, display, and transmit those player-mirror elements as reasonably necessary for that gameplay feature. This license does not give Lumiscape ownership of your original User Content.
The license in this Section ends when the relevant User Content is deleted from our active systems, except to the extent that continued retention is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups maintained for a limited period, or content already independently copied or retained by another user. After Account deletion, User Content under our control will be deleted or de-identified as described in Section 11 and the Privacy Policy.
Private messages (“Private Messages”) are intended to be visible only to their participants. Guild-chat messages (“Guild Chats”) are intended to be visible only to members of the applicable guild who have access to that guild channel. Private Messages and Guild Chats are not public communications. However, Lumiscape and its service providers may process or access them when reasonably necessary to deliver the communication, investigate a report, enforce these Terms, protect users, maintain security, prevent fraud, or comply with law, as further described in the Privacy Policy. No online communication system can guarantee absolute confidentiality or security.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your User Content and grant the license in this Section. You are responsible for your User Content and may not submit content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
USER CONDUCT, SAFETY, AND MODERATION
You may not use the Services to create, upload, transmit, request, promote, or distribute content or conduct that:
• is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or facilitates illegal activity; • sexually exploits, sexualizes, grooms, endangers, or otherwise harms a child, including child sexual abuse material; • is pornographic, sexually explicit, or intended primarily for sexual gratification; • threatens, stalks, harasses, bullies, defames, or encourages violence or self-harm; • promotes hatred or violence against a person or group based on protected characteristics; • reveals another person’s private or sensitive information without authorization; • impersonates another person or falsely claims affiliation with Lumiscape; • infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights; • contains malware, malicious code, phishing, scams, spam, or unauthorized advertising; • uses, develops, distributes, promotes, or assists with cheats, hacks, modified clients, automation, unauthorized software, or bug exploits to gain an unfair advantage; • plays on another user’s Account, permits another person to play on their Account, or otherwise provides or receives account-boosting or account-piloting services; • fixes, trades, or manipulates matchmaking, rankings, Ranked Match results, Guild War results, or the outcome of any other competitive mode; • buys, sells, trades, or transfers Accounts, Virtual Currency, or Virtual Goods outside authorized channels; or • attempts to evade a suspension, block, moderation action, or technical restriction.
Lumiscape uses measures that may include automated content filtering, user reporting, user blocking, human review, and enforcement actions. Users can report content or conduct and block other users through the in-service tools. You may also contact us at sa@heijing.space.
We may investigate reports; remove, restrict, or disable User Content; warn, mute, block, suspend, or terminate users; preserve relevant records; and take other reasonable action to enforce these Terms and protect the Services and users. Account boosting, competitive-result manipulation, cheating, hacking, and related violations may result in temporary or permanent Account suspension or termination depending on their severity, frequency, intent, and impact. We may act immediately where content or conduct presents a safety, legal, security, or child-protection risk.
We prohibit child sexual abuse material and other child sexual exploitation. We may report apparent violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, law-enforcement authorities, or other appropriate organizations and may preserve and disclose relevant information as permitted or required by law.
Content filtering and moderation reduce risk but cannot guarantee that all objectionable content will be identified before it is displayed. Use the reporting and blocking tools if you encounter content or conduct that violates these Terms.
COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
We respect intellectual property rights and may remove or restrict access to content alleged to infringe copyright. We may terminate Accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.
A copyright owner or authorized agent may send a notice to sa@heijing.space or to: Copyright Agent, LUMISCAPE LLC, 8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, Delaware 19901, USA. A notice should include:
• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; • identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; • the complaining party’s name, address, telephone number, and email address; • a statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law; • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act for the copyright owner; and • the physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
If your User Content is removed in response to a copyright notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We may provide the counter-notice to the original complaining party and restore the material when permitted by law.
VIRTUAL CURRENCY, VIRTUAL GOODS, AND RANDOMIZED ITEMS
The Services may allow you to obtain virtual currency, points, credits, items, equipment, or other digital content (“Virtual Currency” and “Virtual Goods”). Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods may be earned through gameplay or obtained through purchases processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play.
Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods:
• may be used only within the Services and only as permitted by the applicable game rules; • have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for legal tender, goods outside the Services, or other items of monetary value; • may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or purchased outside channels authorized by Lumiscape; and • are licensed to you rather than sold as personal property, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
All real-money purchases are processed by the applicable app store and are subject to that store’s payment and refund terms. Except where the applicable store rules or law provide otherwise, purchases are final. If a verified technical issue causes a duplicate charge, non-delivery, or inability to use purchased content, contact us at sa@heijing.space. We may restore the content, correct the Account, or assist with an eligible refund through the applicable app-store process.
The Services may offer paid or earned mechanisms that award randomized Virtual Goods. Before a purchase that provides randomized Virtual Goods, the Services will disclose the applicable probabilities of receiving each type of item in advance and in close proximity to the purchase. We will update the disclosed probabilities when the applicable probabilities change.
Prices, availability, and features of Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods may change prospectively. We may modify or discontinue Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods when reasonably necessary for game balancing, security, legal compliance, service changes, or correction of errors. We will not use this Section to limit any refund, replacement, or other remedy required by applicable law or app-store rules.
If you are a minor, you may make purchases only with authorization from your parent or legal guardian and subject to applicable law and platform controls.
SERVICE UPDATES AND AVAILABILITY
The Services evolve over time. We may provide updates, patches, balancing changes, new features, or removals of features. An update may be required to continue using the Services. We may also suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
We do not guarantee that every feature, event, item, server, or version of the Services will remain available indefinitely. If we permanently discontinue a material paid portion of the Services, we will provide notice and any remedy required by applicable law or app-store rules.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION BY LUMISCAPE
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an Account or access to some or all of the Services when we reasonably believe that:
• you materially or repeatedly violated these Terms; • your conduct creates a safety, legal, security, fraud, payment, or operational risk; • your Account was used without authorization; • action is required by law, a court, a regulator, or an app-store platform; or • continued access could harm another user, Lumiscape, or the integrity of the Services.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of the reason and an opportunity to contact support. We may act without advance notice in urgent or serious cases, including child-safety threats, fraud, hacking, or severe abuse. You may contact sa@heijing.space to request review of an enforcement action.
We will not terminate an Account merely because it has been inactive for a specified period. If an Account is terminated for a violation, access to associated Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods may end, subject to applicable law and app-store rules.
USER-REQUESTED ACCOUNT DELETION
You may request deletion of a Guest Account or Platform-Linked Account through the in-service account settings or through our account-deletion webpage at https://heijing.space/account. This webpage also allows users who no longer have access to the app to request Account deletion.
After you request deletion, a 60-day cooling-off period begins. Logging into the Account during that period cancels the deletion request and keeps the Account active. If you do not log in during the 60-day period, the Account will be permanently deleted after the period ends. We will disclose the expected deletion date when the request is submitted.
After permanent deletion:
• you will no longer be able to access or recover the Account; • unused Virtual Currency, Virtual Goods, progress, and entitlements associated only with that Account will be lost, except where a refund or other remedy is required by law or app-store rules; • User Content under our control, including images, avatars, and player-mirror content, will be deleted or de-identified, subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and backup retention described in the Privacy Policy; and • copies of communications or content independently retained by recipients or other users may remain outside our control.
Deleting a Lumiscape Account does not automatically delete the Apple, Google, or other third-party platform account used to link it. Any information we are legally required to retain will be isolated and used only for the permitted retention purpose.
PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy describes our data practices and is part of these Terms. It applies to information associated with Guest Accounts and Platform-Linked Accounts, age-confirmation information, gameplay and device information, purchases, customer-support interactions, messages, images, avatars, player-mirror content, moderation records, reports, and other information processed through the Services.
Private Messages and Guild Chats are not public, but they may be processed as described in Section 5 and the Privacy Policy for delivery, moderation, reports, safety, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
The Privacy Policy also describes how to exercise applicable rights regarding access, correction, deletion, and other privacy choices. App-store privacy disclosures and Google Play Data Safety disclosures must be read together with the Privacy Policy.
THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND SERVICES
Your use of Apple’s App Store, Google Play, platform sign-in services, payment systems, and other third-party services is subject to the terms and privacy practices of those third parties. Lumiscape does not control and is not responsible for a third party’s services, outages, account decisions, or data practices.
If these Terms conflict with mandatory rules of the applicable app store regarding payment, refunds, or account management, the mandatory app-store rules will apply to the relevant platform transaction or function.
DISCLAIMERS
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” LUMISCAPE DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT THOSE WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or free from harmful components, or that every defect will be corrected. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or reliability of User Content.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS A WARRANTY, CONDITION, GUARANTEE, REMEDY, OR OTHER CONSUMER RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED. The exclusions in this Section do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or death caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMISCAPE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF LUMISCAPE AND THE OTHER PARTIES LISTED ABOVE FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) US$100; OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LUMISCAPE THROUGH THE SERVICES DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or death caused by negligence, infringement caused by Lumiscape, or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumiscape and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from: (a) your unlawful User Content; (b) your material violation of these Terms; or (c) your intentional violation of another person’s rights. This Section does not require indemnification for conduct caused by Lumiscape and does not limit any protection available to consumers or minors under applicable law.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, safety requirements, or business practices. The updated Terms will state a new “Last Updated” date.
We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes through the Services, email, or another appropriate method. Where required by law or where a change materially affects your rights, we will request renewed acceptance. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and may request Account deletion.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION FOR USERS IN THE UNITED STATES
Please read this Section carefully. It contains an arbitration agreement and class action waiver.
19.1 Informal Resolution
Before starting arbitration or litigation, you and Lumiscape agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. A notice of dispute must include the sender’s name and contact information, the relevant Account identifier if available, a description of the dispute, and the requested relief. Send notices to sa@heijing.space or to the mailing address in Section 18. Lumiscape will send notices to the contact information associated with your Account.
19.2 Agreement to Arbitrate
Except for the exclusions in Section 19.3, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Services, or your relationship with Lumiscape will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.
The arbitration will be administered by JAMS under its applicable consumer arbitration rules, including the JAMS Consumer Arbitration Minimum Standards of Procedural Fairness. The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies available in court. The arbitrator will issue a written decision sufficient to explain the essential findings and conclusions.
The arbitration may be conducted remotely. If an in-person hearing is required, it will take place at a location reasonably convenient for you or as otherwise required by applicable law or the JAMS rules. Arbitration fees will be allocated in accordance with the JAMS Consumer Arbitration Minimum Standards and applicable law. Lumiscape will pay fees that those standards require the company to pay.
19.3 Exclusions
Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court. Either party may seek temporary or preliminary relief in court to protect intellectual property, confidential information, safety, or security while arbitration is pending. Claims for public injunctive relief or other claims that applicable law does not permit to be arbitrated may proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from reporting a matter to a government agency or regulator.
19.4 Class Action Waiver
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND LUMISCAPE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLASS MEMBER, OR REPRESENTATIVE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. This waiver does not prevent participation in a class-wide settlement.
If a final court decision determines that the Class Action Waiver is unenforceable for a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy will be severed and may proceed in court, while the remaining arbitrable claims will be resolved in individual arbitration.
19.5 Opting Out of Arbitration
You may opt out of Sections 19.2 and 19.4 by sending written notice within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. The notice must include your name, the Account identifier if available, the email or other contact information associated with the Account, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Send the notice to sa@heijing.space with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out,” or mail it to the address in Section 18. Opting out will not affect your Account or access to the Services.
19.6 Governing Law and Court Venue
Except to the extent federal law applies or applicable consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For disputes permitted to proceed in court, you and Lumiscape consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except where applicable law permits or requires you to bring a claim in another court.
19.7 Survival
This Section survives termination of these Terms and deletion or termination of an Account.
USERS IN CANADA
If you reside in Canada, Section 19 does not apply to you. These Terms do not require Canadian consumers to arbitrate disputes, waive participation in a class proceeding, or give up rights that cannot be waived under the law of their province or territory.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the province or territory in which you reside and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights. You and Lumiscape may agree to mediation or arbitration after a dispute arises, but only where permitted by law and with the required consent.
If you reside in Quebec, this English version is not intended to replace any French version required by Quebec law. Where Quebec law requires a French version of these Terms to be provided before you may expressly choose to be bound by an English version, Lumiscape will follow that requirement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights under Quebec consumer-protection or language laws.
CALIFORNIA CONSUMER NOTICE
Under California Civil Code section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following notice: The Services are provided by LUMISCAPE LLC, 8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, Delaware 19901, USA. Questions or complaints may be sent to sa@heijing.space.

EXPORT AND SANCTIONS COMPLIANCE
You may not access, export, re-export, transfer, or use the Services in violation of applicable United States export-control, economic-sanctions, or trade laws. You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving the Services under applicable law.
FORCE MAJEURE
Lumiscape will not be liable for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disruptions, internet or infrastructure failures, governmental actions, epidemics, or failures of third-party platforms, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
GENERAL TERMS
Entire Agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms expressly presented for a particular feature constitute the entire agreement between you and Lumiscape regarding the Services and replace prior agreements on the same subject.
Severability. If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain effective, except as specifically provided in Section 19.4.
No Waiver. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. Lumiscape may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Services, subject to applicable law and continued protection of user rights.
No Partnership. These Terms do not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship between you and Lumiscape.
Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
Language. These Terms were prepared in English. A translated version may be provided for convenience or as required by law. If applicable law requires a local-language version to control or grants you rights based on that version, those requirements apply. Otherwise, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
